Primark Makeup Eraser; Review

Hi everyone, I have seen a lot of people talking about these makeup eraser's over the internet for the last few months now. I have finally got round to getting one for myself and trying it.
I wasn't sure what to expect from this, as all you do is wet it then remove your makeup with it, pretty simple really.
I have to say I was not disappointed with this amazing product! I gave this a try after I had been out with a full face of makeup on as I wanted to see properly if this would work as I feel if I had only mascara and foundation on I wouldn't be able to tell if it does work well to remove a lot.
I just wet the cloth and wiped away my eye makeup first and it pretty much just wiped away! I couldn't believe how well it took the eye makeup off.
I have definitely found a new to remove my makeup as it is so much easier than anything I have used before.
It is a bargain price too at only £1.50 so it won't break the bank either.

Meet the Blogger Behind... Post IVF World

Hi everyone, today I have another post in my Meet the Blogger Behind series. Today we have the blogger behind the blog 'Post IVF World.' I am looking forward to having her on my blog today as her blog is something close to my heart at the moment and I feel like it is good to have a variety of bloggers on my blog.
If you are interested in taking part in this series comment with your email adress and I will give you an email with the details.

1. Introduce yourself and your blog. So I am Becca (that is the first time I have actually told people my name through my blog, I am getting braver!!!)

And I post over at postivfworld@wordpress.com, I write about my life the way it is now, after years of infertility and IVF treatment, I also cover mental health issues, physical health issues and try to write about light hearted stuff now and then too!

2. What made you start blogging?  have always used writing as a therapy, it is a way for me to get my thoughts and feelings down in to a physical form where I can try to make more sense of them, along with this, after IVF finished, I felt so down, but once I got a bit better I decided that helping others deal with infertility and the pain of IVF might be a great way to give back!

3. How long have you been blogging? It's been about 4 months now, to begin with I had no idea what I was doing and I didn't post much, so i'd say about 3 months of 'proper' full on blogging!

4. Favourite thing about blogging? I love the community, everyone has been so welcoming, especially because I am a bit different in the blogging world, It worried me that people would just be so disinterested in what I have to say, but actually it's been the opposite and I hope I am helping people think more about their hormone health and fertility.

5. Least favourite thing about blogging? The fact that I can't put more time into it! I would love to write as a career and be able to put so much more in to my blogging! I feel like it has so much potential and I just can't fulfil that right now!

6. What do you use to take your blog pictures? I don't take pictures for my blog, I don't really have that kind of subject matter, although I love to take pictures with my SLR camera in daily life!

7. Blogging advice for a newbie. To blog about what you are passionate about! Don't force posts! Sometimes they come naturally and sometimes they don't but that's okay!

8. Do you do Youtube? If not, would you give it a try? I don't, mostly because I don't think I would have enough to say about fertility on there!?

9. What are your favourite posts to read? Honestly, I love these kinds of posts where its a little more informal and you get to hear more about what makes the blogger tick, so thank you for letting me get involved!

10. Sum up blogging in one word. Life – changing. Okay okay, I know that's 2, but I couldn't whittle it down any more!

MUA Undress Your Skin Highlight- Pearlescent Sheen; Review

Hi everyone today I have a review on this beautiful highlight from MUA.  I love a good highlight but then again, Who doesn't? I had been using the MUA Undress Your Skin in the shade Iridescent Gold which had been my favourite for a very long time, until I tried this one.
I was on the look out for a new highlight when I went to Glasgow a few weeks ago and fell in love with this one. It has a really nice light blue tinge to it when the light catches it and I love it. I have never used one in this type of colour before as my old go to highlight was a gold colour so having a light blue one is different but I am so pleased I got it.
I also picked up a rainbow highlight so I will be giving that try very soon so there will be a post on that one too when I have tried it. I wanted to try the same one as this but in the shade Ice Sparkle but I think that is too blue and this one is a perfect subtle blue. Even better, this highlight is only £3 so it is so affordable no matter what your budget!

Meet the Blogger Behind... Actually Anna

Hi everyone, today I have my third post in the 'Meet the Blogger Behind' Series. Today I am introducing you to the lovely Annaleid. If you are interested in taking part in this series then leave me your email in the comments and I will send you and email over with the details.

1. Introduce yourself and your blog. My name is Annaleid and my blog is called Actually Anna.

2. What made you start blogging? I thought about blogging for a while, but actually was too scared to put myself out there. At some point I finally found the confidence, made my first weebly blog and posted my first post. I really wish I started blogging sooner, because I love being creative and making the content for my blog.

3. How long have you been blogging? My blog is actually quiet young and I'll be celebrating my first blog anniversary this November.

4. Favourite thing about blogging? My favourite thing about blogging is coming up with new creative content and I really enjoy the process of creating it. I'v discovered that I love making pictures for my blog and writing a blog post is surprisingly something I really enjoy.I'm dyslectic so I've never really liked writing, because I thought I wasn't good at it.

5. Least favourite thing about blogging? I have to be honest and say that I haven't discovered anything that I dislike about blogging.
6. What do you use to take your blog pictures? To take blog photo's I use my Nikon D3300 with the AF-P 18-55 mm lens. When I'm out and about I don't always carry around my Nikon camera, so often I take these on my phone ( Samsung Galaxy S4 ).

7. Blogging advice for a newbie. My advice would be just start blogging and don't care what other people might think. The blogging community is really supportive and helpful. Just "You do you" and that's what makes your blog special.

8. Do you do Youtube? If not, would you give it a try? At the moment I'm not making youtube videos, but I would love to try it in the future. At the moment I'm really busy finishing my master degree ( my final year of uni ever! ), gymnastics practise and blogging.

9. What are your favourite posts to read? My favourite posts are the 'get to know the blogger' posts. I really like reading posts with personal facts and blogger tags that share more personal information about the person behind the blog.

10. Sum up Blogging in one word. My outlet in creativity and sharing my passion.

Clean and Dry Makeup Brush Cleaner; Review

Hi everyone, today I have a review on my new beauty find that I am loving! About 6 months ago I seen lots of people talking about the StylPro Makeup Brush cleanser and dryer. I set off to buy it then couldn't find it in my local Boots and was gutted. I then just never got round to ordering it online. The original one is £49.99 so it is a little pricey but good for what it does.
I recently download the app called Wish onto my phone and was giving it a browse when I found loads of people had copies off the original one. I added one to my basket to give it a try and see how good it is for the price. I hate cleaning my makeup brushes so something like this is a dream.
It only took 10 days to come which I was so happy about as it said it was going to take around a month.
When it came I couldn't wait to try it out so almost straight away I tried it. I have been using it with my Real Techniques Deep Cleansing gel as that is my normal makeup brush cleaner.
The bowl itself if plastic where as the StylPro one is glass I think. The handle that you use does feel very cheap and the cover for the batteries keeps falling off too but I can deal wit that.

This picture was taken before I cleaned my brushes. As you can see they are quiet dirty! I haven't cleaned my brushes in so long (oops) so plenty of product had built up over time on them. I was just going to clean these 3 just to get a feel of it but ended up cleaning my whole brush collection.

As you can see from the above picture the brushes do look cleaner. They do still have a bit of product on but I think that is just stained now as there is no product coming off them anymore. They are so fluffy and soft now too! I was so impressed that I went on and done the rest of my brushes and a lot of the smaller ones came out a lot cleaner and looked pretty much good as new.

I am so happy with this find and can't believe it only cost me £9!! So much cheaper than the StylPro one.
If you are wanting to find an easier way to clean your brushes and want to try the StylPro one but don't want to pay the price, give this one a try. You will not be disappointed!

L'Oreal and Benefit Mini Haul

Hi everyone, today I have a little haul for you all. Last week I went into town and bought a few makeup items and thought I would share with you what I bought. I got 3 things from L'Oreal and 3 things from Benefit. I haven't tried any of these out yet but I will review them once I have gave them a try.

The first little bits I picked up are by Benefit and I got them in Boots as they were on a deal of 3 for £25 so I decided to pick some bits up to give them a try. I first picked up the Roller Lash mascara, I have tried the They're real Mascara before and I loved it so I picked up this one to see if it is as good. Next things I got are both the Porefessional face primers. I love primers and have seen so many people talk about these ones so I have caved in and bought them to try them out. I got the original one and the matte rescue gel one. I am so excited to give them a try. They are all £10.50 each too which is a bargain price!

The last few pieces I picked up in Superdrug from L'Oreal whilst they were on 3 for 2 offer. The first thing is the new Paradise exotic mascara, everyone has been talking about this in the blogging world at the moment so I decided to give it a try the mascara costs £11.99. I also picked up the Infallible total cover foundation as I have seen a lot of people raving about it and I am all for finding a high coverage foundation this one is priced at £9.99. Last of all I picked up the infallible Nudist Lip paint in the shade Babe-In. I love matte liquid lipsticks so I knew I just had to give this a try. You can get this one for £6.99.
